Multi voice / Lawrence Upton

he does not take notice

of the mouth

in eclipses

a windy place agrees

with a head

in the middle of the moon

pieces crushed by cohabitation

from behind

the sun we shall study

the farmer begins

ahead and behind

is the antithesis of a man

the rusted war truck

all can be interpreted

a singularity can represent

the hand or belly

give him the bed

a saddle carrying

a refined language

the same projective rhetoric

imagine some others

having touched its language

who arranges the seasons?

we cannot end

language like a wheel

of metrical and sociological cliché

the ability of a snake

to imagine the creator

a profound failure

whom everybody has invented

makes friendship and others
